GUESS WHAT! I sprained my wrist after whacking too many people's asses. I'm DEAD SERIOUS. The super loud and hard smack of Shi Wei's was the final straw for mr Right hand and I suffered almost entirely throughout training. It sucksssss. Now I cant even put my hands on my hips without feeling pain. Okay, that's pretty much the important part. Dear God by Avenged sevenfold is awesome.
